'Worst experience because of the poor communication from the people at the front desk. They send you to a restaurant next door promising a discount that never happens. The waitresses there lack manners, professionalism, and they even steal from you. I'm never coming back.'

'We had a great stay here. The neighborhood in Las Condes is excellent—safe, quiet, and very convenient, with groceries right across the street and lots of restaurants nearby.
The building uses an app to access the doors and gates, which takes a little getting used to at first, but once you figure it out, it works well. The rooftop pool is a really cool feature. We were there in the winter and the water was literally freezing, but it was still a great rooftop space to check out.
