Guests have exclusive use of the entire two-floor, 250 sqm house, suitable for up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1 private bathroom. A baby cot is available on request. Enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, and private balcony with mountain views. Heating is provided by a pellet stove. For remote work, there is a dedicated workspace. Breakfast is included, and a private kitchen is available for your use. Free public parking is in the square about 20 m from the house.



The property is accessible without barriers. The owners live on site (not in the rental) and are available if needed.

Note: Access requires 2.5 km of mountain road. Up to 3 small or medium pets are allowed, with an additional nightly fee per pet. Please inform the owner in advance if you are bringing pets and how many. Use of the fireplace and stove is permitted only with prior authorization from the owner for safety reasons. Events are not allowed.
