Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom penthouse located in the exclusive Tyrolean Building in Vail Village. With one-of-a-kind mountain views this condo is perfect for family and friend get-togethers. Fully equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings, designer kitchen, and a private hot tub this condo can comfortably sleep 12  guests. Whether you are looking to spend the day skiing or relaxing inside, this beautiful designer home is the ideal mountain getaway.

Located 1 block east of Vail Village, guests can easily walk to the town’s shops, restaurants and gondola. Golden Peak is about 2 blocks away.  The main bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. It has an incredible view of the Golden Peak Lift and surrounding slopes. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a bathroom down the hall. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom. The fourth room has two sets of twin over full bunk beds-ideal for kids.

The penthouse has a one-of-a-kind deck, equipped with a private hot tub, grill, and seating area. There is A/C in the condo for guests to use in the Summer months. Covered parking for one vehicle is available.

Gravity Haus Amenities

Guests also have access to incredible amenities at Gravity Haus hotel, just a 30 second walk from their door. Amenities include Dryland Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, steam room, sauna, and outdoor hot tubs. Up to 10 individual day passes per stay are included in the rate. Additional passes can be purchased upon request.

For larger groups, an additional comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom loft is available to rent. Although they are not connected, they are steps away from each other. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, living room, and gas fireplace. The master has a king bed and the loft has two twin trundle beds. This is ideal for children. This condo can sleep between 4-6. This condo comes with 1 covered parking spot.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
