The updated kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances while providing you all the kitchen amenities of home should you wish you enlist your culinary skills. This is our second year in a row coming to Vail to hike in the fall. We specifically booked this condo AGAIN because we had such a great experience last year. It is small and cozy but has everything we need, including a well stocked kitchen to cook in. The LOCATION cannot be beat for convenience to Vail min, the Gondola, the Market, the bus stop ( free, convenient transportation). We specifically like the fact that Lionshead village is a little less busy than Vail village…..allows you to walk to Vail village during the day if want, but go home to a quieter environment at night.

Our stay in Vail was the best! Condo was just as described with a very responsive host. The beds are super comfy with just as nice linens and the location can't be beat. Lionshead is at your door step and the Vail shuttle just a few more steps away making it so easy to go between the villages. The host was very accomodating and helpful which made it a breeze to plan and get any questions answered quickly. Would for sure stay at this property again!

Fabulous location

Located in the heart of Lionshead Village in the middle of gorgeous Vail, this condo is steps away from everything you could possibly want while visiting Vail. The condo was very comfortable, completely updated and astonishingly quiet given its heart-of-the-action location. Our hostess was attentive and answered quickly when we had questions. Just be forewarned that three flights of stairs and high altitude might take your breath away!

Everything was exactly as described. Well equipped kitchen and nice and clean bedrooms and living room. Location couldn't be better! Walk out your door to the village with shops and restaurants just steps away. We walked down to the gondola and went up to the top where there's a restaurant and bar and amazing views. Vail village is a short 10-12 minute walk or jump on a free shuttle. Highly recommend this spot, would love to go back and visit during Christmas time.

Walk-up and No AC

We stayed in the summer and wanted to make it clear there is no AC or elevator. It was unseasonably hot in vail and could not get the back bedrooms cool even with fans running. Also, there is no elevator so if you have a lot of bags just be aware. Owner was extremely understanding and communicative.

The location is great

The location is great. It’s up three flights of stairs no elevator and of course with the altitude it’s very difficult carrying your luggage up three flights of stairs. The bathrooms are small as are some of the bedrooms but on the website it does say it’s 900 ft.². It was very hot. The only way you could cool off the place is to open your windows or the doors but the lady that owns it answer the phone easily the washer and dryer on the second level. They should let you know it’s coin operated so you could bring plenty of quarters with you.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was in the perfect location for skiing and for non-skiers as well. Right in the heart of Lionshead- steps to the gondola, shops and restaurants. Condo was lovely and living space was bigger than pictures looked. Kitchen was fully equipped. Owner was responsive and helpful- even offered to late us stay late due to weather. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a great stay this past week. The condo is really close to the lifts which was most important to us. The host was communicating with me before our arrival and was super responsive when I had a question. The only thing I would clarify on the listing is that the washer/dryer are in the building, not the unit itself. That being said, it was super easy to access and def not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was unbelievable. This condo is perfectly located to access all corners of the mountain, the market for groceries if you wanna cook your own food and plenty of restaurants if you'd like to eat out. Landlord communicated with me even when they were on the mountain! Perfect experience, every whoch way. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Location, Location, Location!!!!

We were in Vail for the first time for a family wedding so we stayed for the week to hike and explore. I was in contact with Anne ( owner) via email prior and all of her advice was SPOT on! She assured us we did not need to rent a car b/c we were flying into the local airport and could walk everywhere or take the free bus. It was so easy to get around and everything we needed was near the condo. The free parking spot that comes with the condo is a GREAT asset...we did not use it, but parking in Vail/Lionshead village is at a premium and overnight parking is very expensive. The condo is small and cozy but had everything we needed. I requested a full length mirror ( I was going to several dressy events with the wedding) and it delivered that afternoon! The kitchen had all of the basic pots/pans/appliances (we prepared breakfast and lunches at home) plus coffee grounds, an array of spices, and a drawer with Saran Wrap, foil, ziplock bags etc. It worked great for us! There is a “market” about a block from the condo that had a nice assortment of food products ( fresh and packaged) as well as alcohol. So convenient!! This condo is not “new and modern” but it is clean and comfy and we loved it. The location cannot be beat, especially it you plan to ski or hike and want to be in the Vail village area. We hope to come back next fall and stay in it again (with friends this time) to hike again. Condo not good for seniors: too many exterior steps and showers required step up to enter
