'I stayed at the Artiste for four nights. The hotel arranged seamless transfer from the airport. All reception staff (especially Abhirami) and all staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, booked at the time of booking the room (this made it very good value).  Every meal (in a buffet arrangement) that I had was excellent, the cooks were only to happy to make things to order. 'The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. '
