The villa is located at the border of the village of Uzzano, 900 m from a grocery and shops, 500m from an excellent restaurant.
Guests may reach within an easy reach Montecatini Terme at only 7 km, Monsummano at 13km with its splendid therapeutic springs Grotta Giusti and golf course, at 30 km from Lucca, 60 km from Florence, 45 km from Pisa and the sea. You may have wonderful strolls in the surroundings – discover the little villages of the area: Buggianio, Uzzano Castello, Massa e Cozzile.
