BERGAMOTTO: The 96 sqm apartment, with independent access, develops on two levels. On the ground floor we find an entrance living room, a service bathroom, the kitchen and the storage room. A beautiful wooden staircase takes us to the first floor, in the sleeping area, where we have a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.
Outside the apartment there is a small exclusive garden where you can peacefully eat outdoors.
The house, newly renovated, is located in a complex formed in total by 6 housing units, each independent. In the garden area there are tables, chairs, umbrellas and deck chairs in addition to 2 Jacuzzi hot tubs that can be used exclusively, for a fee from April to October, upon reservation.
Each apartment is supplied with bed, bath and kitchen linen.
Check-in is scheduled from 15:00 onwards. Confirmation of the arrival time is requested. Check-out is set for 10:00. Inside the property there are some parking spaces. Additional free parking spaces are located in the square in front of the access door to the village about 50m from the property. All apartments are supplied with autonomous systems and equipped with LCD TV with Italian and satellite channels, washing machine and dishwasher including the necessary detergents, microwave oven, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, In the garden area there are also 2 barbecues.
The kitchens are complete with dishes, pots and tablecloths.
Free wifi throughout the property.
The final cleaning of the apartments is not included in the price. The amount must be paid directly at the time of check-out. Upon request, an additional paid cleaning is possible as well as a change of linen. Pets are allowed upon request. The nearest supermarket is located about 2 km away in the municipality of Uzzano.
The apartment is located in a central position between Florence, Montecatini Terme, Lucca and Pisa, thus making it an optimal starting point for a trip dedicated to culture and art
