'This resort was amazing and I have never been treated better. The property was beautiful, the gardens were amazing, the views were great. We loved our room, the dunk pool, the outdoor shower, the cabana. We will definitely be back.'

'The property was really nice, on the small side. The ocean view room was very spacious and well kept. Wasn’t too thrilled about the open shower, no door or curtain but overall the room was really nice. The food choices were ok and the same all week. They did have 2 special entrees for dinner each night. However, the mosquitos and sand flies were vicious at sun down each night. Hanging outside at night was not pleasant . The staff tried to help by offering repellent. It’s more of a relaxing...

'Perfect stay, the room was amazing, stepped straight out onto the beach and fabulous sunsets. Bar had anything you wanted and staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant served wonderful food, for breakfast and lunch, shame it didn’t open in the evening. '

'When you get to the property it’s a bit hard to find where to go but once you do everyone was very nice. The room was clean, would have liked a kettle and some cups/glasses in the room. The patio around the pool was showing its age but the pool itself was nice. Overall a nice place to stay and relax.'

'Excellent check in process, nice property, very clean, great AC in the bedroom. Very quiet and secluded, really reminded me of a cottage. Not much around that you can walk to but overall it was a really nice spot with excellent hosts.'

'I overnighted there as I was in transit to catch an ongoing flight. The host met me at the airport. The property was as described. The cottage was cute, effectively using the limited space. 'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
