'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Very well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished. Check in was very easy, communication with the property owner was faultless and the location was in nice quiet residential area. 'We’ve enjoyed our stay at the appartement in Torrevieja. The appartement has enough space and is fully airconditioned, which was needed looking at the lovely Spanish temperture👌 Especially the big terrace was Nice to have. The garden and pools of the complex where beautiful and clean. Only a 10 minute walk to the Nice Punta Prima beach. It is a Shame that they are building a lot of New appartments, because this is influencing the beautiful sea view.'

'Overall the appartment suited all our needs,had everything you need. It is a little bit further out than we expected but on a good bus route,bus fare only 1.55 cents each per journey which is great. January/ February time there isn't a lot around about that is open. There is an Aldi which is only a 5/10 minute walk away which is handy. Martin was always at the end of a phone for any questions at all,very helpful.'

'Het was voor ons een eerste keer spanje en eerste keer via vrbo. Een echte aanrader. Appartement was meer dan ok. Proper gezellig en alles wat nodig is. Kinderen vonden het geweldig met het zwembad bij. Wij komen zoizo terug!!'

'Just home from a lovely holiday in this large spacious villa. Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had a lovely bbq whilst we were there. Some areas of the villa are slightly run down and need some maintaining. 'Our stay was for 3 weeks and we were very happy with this property. Everything you would need is there for you and well maintained. The property manager, Michael is so very helpful and always quick to respond if needed. I highly recommend this property if staying in Punta Prima!'

'Oppervlakte woning was prima, ruime kamer en slaapvertrekken. Badkamer was ook prima. Even een klein probleempje gehad maar dat werd direct door de eigenaar verholpen. Enig jammer punt is dat er geen wifi is zodat communicatie erg moeilijk wordt. Tevens was er geen uitleg over de werking van de TV-installatie waardoor zenderkeuze erg beperkt was'

'The house itself is pretty good, also the equipment is ok. But unfortunately the house was not as clean as expected. Food from prior visitors was left in the kitchen. Dishes where not cleaned properly. Bathroom articles from prior visitors where also left. With a bit more of care, the house could be great.'
