'Five star experience all the way! The room was large and immaculate. The staff even set out the bedding for us while we were out at dinner. The hotel had not just one, not just two, but three fully separate onsen areas! Each had multiple baths and each had at an outdoor bath too! The dinner was fabulous. It’s a chef’s choice dinner so there are no choices or substitutions but high quality throughout. The only negative is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere but that’s not unusual for these...

'There are not many options around and due to late change of plan, I had to go there and book a smoking room, while I am a non smoker… on top of the smell, room is quite basic but ok equipped! It is just completely NOT soundproof… you hear quite well the neighbors room… and the staff is not flexible on room change or earlier check is! 4 PM is 4 PM…'
