'Ideal hotel if you need a place near the airport. One of the few hotels that could accommodate our family of five in one room. Breakfast is nice, would be better if they added labels with allergy warnings, such as "contains dairy", etc.'

'The Airport Inn is more like a B&B than a hotel. It's quite quaint and pleasant. The hospitality was excellent. We got in after midnight and needed to have milk available for a toddler and they made it happen. The buffet breakfast was quite nice for a complimentary breakfast. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Nothing fancy but it felt very comfortable.'

'The swimming pool is still not finished after opening (5 years). Rooms are not international standard. Showers are great, WIFI as well. Management is very inflexible. if you arrive at 1 pm and the room is free you official should wait till 3 pm. Water is only given 1 time although you stay longer than 1 night. Mattresses getting old as there is in some rooms a hole. Only reason to stay is the airport as the shuttle is excellent compare to Holiday in Express. '

The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. 'The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate.
