'Everyone at Hotel Polaris was super nice, and welcoming. Anything we needed they made sure we got what it was. The rooms are super nice, and housekeeping was super thorough and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurants were fantastic, and there were many to choose from. The only thing I am disappointed about is that there are not multiple locations. I would stay here a million more times.'

'I personally wouldn’t stay there again. No ice machine and the fridge in the room didn’t make enough ice to even fill our cups to have cold drinks. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to go by a mattress topper and even that didn’t help. Couldn’t get the room cool enough to be comfortable. The noise from the room above us and beside us was too much to deal with. I’m sure it was kids jumping and yelling but I shouldn’t have heard that to all hours of the night.'

'Was unable to make our reservation, called way ahead of time and was told ok but had to cancel with Expedia. I asked the girl if they would approve it when Expedia called to verify She said more than likely especially given our circumstances and it was before 3PM Management declined it. Paid 500 dollars for nothing even tho they could have sold that room! Shame on you wolf lodge - even a partial refund would have been nice'

'The room was clean. The beds were hard which some people like we are more of a soft bed kind of people. The pillows on the bed were very lacking very small and there was only two pillows on each bed. The pool was not open at all. And the continental breakfast was very lacking. We actually ended up leaving and having breakfast at restaurants for our entire stay. The parking lot is very small and tight, but overall our stay, there was good.'

'Stayed here for one night, I was told it was on castle grounds and it included a “pastry chef” breakfast in the castle. As far as the room, the window was broken and stuck wide open all day and then we were told we could change rooms at 11 at night- the room we were switched to, also had a broken window. The staff wedged something in there to keep it shut for the night. It was definitely not ideal to pack up and move in the middle of the night. And then the pastry chef breakfast was nothing more...

'We had a wonderful weekend staycation at Flying Horse Resort & Club for Father’s Day! From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxing and family-friendly. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect setting for a special family getaway without having to travel far. Our kids absolutely loved the pools and all of the amenities. 'Very basic hotel. No amenities in the bathrooms or lobby. No coffee makers. Has a small kitchen area but no dishes or pots and pans in the room. Front desk is not open a lot of the time.'

'Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly! I appreciated that the hotel is locked at night to prevent any unwanted visitors from entering. The only downside we encountered was breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on the weekends! Being from a different time zone, we were up early and had places to be! However, the breakfast was good on the days we did eat! For the price, I was very impressed with how clean, well maintained, and updated everything was! Would stay again if we’re back in the area!'

'I asked before check in if the pool was open. They said yes. I specifically booked it because it had a pool. I walked up to the pool, it was out of order. I asked for the manager to co tact me during the stay. She never did. Conditioner bottle was empty during the stay. Big issue when you are already in the shower. Breakfast area was not clean or well kept during breakfast times. Pretty messy.'
