« We loved this place. The house was really sweet and the town was precious. We walked to the cafe for lunch and enjoyed watching kids ride their bikes around town. Winfield is 30 minutes away and is beautiful. »

« House came with everything you could possibly need, such as games, chargers, coffee, more towels than even 8 of us could possibly use. Anything you'd need is within walking distance. We needed wal mart, flower shop, ice cream place, subway and convenience store and they're all within a couple of blocks. Check in and out was easy and no onerous clean up rules. »

« Property was as described, check in process was easy, and communication with host was quick and responsive. We were in town for a baseball tournament and enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for kids to spread out in between baseball games. Had all the amenities we needed and beds were comfortable. »

« Was able to make memories instead of being in seperate rooms. The layout of this house is nice. One suggestion is you could add a bathroom in laudry room. »

« The house is nice. Looks nice, and is. Only problem - listing said no pets allowed. Yet there is a cat door going outside, and another into the garage. A very distinct cat odor. And, our party has members allergic to cats. Within 30 minutes, their eyes were swelling, etc. »

« Touring band stopping in Wichita on the last weekend of a 2 week tour. This Derby residence was a perfect, peaceful stay after a great show and had us feeling refreshed and ready for tonight in Tulsa! »

« Communication was great. Beds were very comfortable. House was clean. I hate we could stay just one night. »

« We booked this stay for a short weekend, and the home was beautiful inside and out, very clean and peaceful. The yard was perfect for the girls to hit the ball around, and the neighborhood was great for early morning and evening walks. It was easy to get to off of the highway and close to everything. The host was kind and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again if in the area. »

« We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up. The grass was pretty tall and the trees really needed trimming. This did not affect our stay at all. I also had a little trouble with locking the front door. You have ro hold down the lock button instead of just pressing it. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again for sure! »

« We stayed at this VRBO while in Wichita for a wedding, and it was the perfect spot for our family! The home is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants, making it super convenient. There was plenty of space for both the kids and adults to relax and enjoy. The layout was great for gathering, and the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. We’ll definitely book here again for future visits! »
