'Nice clean and big room, 4 private baths, and delicious meals. You can choose your yukata so that it feels more personal. A great price for a ryokan in a secluded setting. '駐車場は思ってたよりも狭く、車が停まっていたら駐車しづらいかな？なので一度駐車したらなるべく後は車を使わずに近場で食事できるように予定をくんだ。 部屋に入ってからのタブレットの使い勝手がイマイチ分からなくて、戸惑いあったけど、カスタマーセンターに問い合わせたらすぐ対応してくれて、解決できたので良かったです。 2泊しましたが、夜も静かで快適に過ごせました。'

'The stay at KAI Beppu was nothing short of amazing. It was my first time in Beppu, and staying at KAI made the experience truly memorable. The sea-view shakkei was beautiful and definitely the highlight. The room was well-sized, and the indoor onsen was a godsend. The kaiseki meals were also delicious, and choosing the half-board option was a great decision. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling. I would definitely come back and explore more KAI and Hoshino Resorts...
