The dry kitchen (no sink or cooking facilities) has a microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker and more. The attached bathroom with walk-in shower, twin sinks and relaxing bathtub are great for working guests or vacationers.
The space
The unit has a private entrance (and porch) with your own designated parking spot on the driveway. Come and go as you wish using the Smart lock access.

Sleep deep in the comfortable king size bed or lounge in the leather recliner.

We don't have a TV, but you can use the wifi to access your electronic entertainment. A newly installed mini-split AC unit provides plenty of cooling power in the winter and heating warmth in the winter to meet your temperature needs.
Guest access
The room is attached to the house, but there is no access or shared rooms to the main house. The sloped ramp eliminates stairs and makes for easy access.

You can safely walk around the neighborhood on sidewalks and golf cart paths. Free parking just outside the entrance to the suite as well as safe on street parking on the cul-de-sac.
