Great Family Getaway

We have a family of 4, our kids are 19 and 6, so we have a difficult time finding things that both enjoy. Tybee has something for everyone. The beach, the aquarium, the dolphin tours, both my kids love those things. They love doing them together. This is our second year in a row at the same location because they love the house. It has room for all of us, but enough space to chill out when needed. It is awesome!!

Anniversary Get Away

This was a wonderful property, quaint and charming in that beachy way. My husband and I were there for six nights with our dog Aly. The cottage itself is completely comfortable and I could live the rest of my life on the porch. It was just fantastic! The managers/owners were always in reach and communication was excellent throughout.

Perfect Vintage Beach Cottage

I’ve been going to Tybee for over 50 years - have lost count of the number of lovely places I’ve stayed. Absolutely fell in LOVE with this little gem! Decor - perfect. Location - fantastic. Literally everything you can need for a home away from home! (Just re-booked for our 35th anniversary in December!) Can’t wait to go back! Thanks to the owner for sharing her lovely home!

Perfect Little Cottage!

My husband and I stayed for the Labor Day weekend and our anniversary. The house was so charming and perfect just like the pictures. The property manager was so sweet and even brought us an anniversary card and little gift. The fresh flowers throughout the house were a nice touch. The porch was a definite favorite for us. We plan to stay again next year!

Lovely House with Amazing Location

We stayed here with our two best friends, and it was the perfect size for four people, and an absolutely incredible location. Short Walking distance to main shops, main pier and fishing pier. House was very clean and communication from the host was excellent. The screened in porch was by far our favorite place to hang out and eat breakfast.

Relaxation at it's best

We have a 17 yo and a 5 yo, so it is difficult to find things that both enjoy. They bith loved this place! It was big enough that we could be a part, but small enough that we could come together as a family. It is in a great location, we walked everywhere. All of us absolutely loved it!!

This was a wonderful bungalow on Tybee Island.

This house was close to the Tybee Creek for shell hunting and crab watching, as well as, only blocks away from the beach. We were able to walk to all areas of interest, including restaurants, with ease. The house was clean and nicely equipped. The screened in porch was wonderful. We would stay here, again.

My family of three absolutely enjoyed our stay at a little salty cottage. It had ample room for our family of three. The screened in front porch was awesome! We enjoyed hanging out there in the comfortable loungers provided. Great cottage and great location on Tybee Island. The management company, Mermaid Cottages was awesome to work with.
