It was an amazing stay with very attentive property management! You can pretty much walk to any place on Tybee and the beach was a short walk as well.

The house is beautiful and met our needs perfectly. beds were super comfy and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The porches were incredible and we enjoyed the beautiful yard. The mermaid cottage staff is just amazing. They checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. They are hands down the best vacation rental company on Tybee. Highly recommend.

Loved the Flip Flop House

The cottage was charming and had so much character. Great location. Close enough to restaurants and bars in Tybee but far enough away where it was quiet and calm. We are already planning our next stay.

Visit to Tybee

What a great place! We met up with family to spend a couple of days in the Savannah and Tybee area. The house had plenty of space for all of us and plenty of furniture to all of us to relax. We can't wait to come back and spend more time in the area.

Cute cottage

The cottage was very comfortable and spacious enough for our family to enjoy. The location was excellent and two restaurants were within walking distance. Enjoyed playing corn hole in the spacious yard. Would definitely come back.

We do a family women's trip every few years. We had 10 of us this year. The house had everything we could have needed. We loved the back screen porch for lounging around, and the outdoor shower! Also the walk to the beach and shops was not far.

We came down for just a getaway weekend and the cottage was clean, comfortable, and the proximity to AJs was perfect for us as we had dinner reservations there. Reviewer Comments: Our Flip Flop House was all we hoped it would be . . . charming decor, side porch perfect for our morning coffee, proximity to AJ's Dockside & gorgeous sunsets, quiet neighborhood, outdoor outlet to charge our golf cart. We were not disappointed in any aspect of our stay (except maybe the dog hair in the corners & dog slobber on the windows, lol).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was able to get away to Flips Flop House for a ladies long weekend and we enjoyed it so much! Tybee is our new favorite getaway and FFH is in a great location-so quiet and peaceful and a great area for walks! We loved hopping over to AJs for a bite and beautiful views! We had plenty of room for our ladies and owners are so sweet to provide trash bags and other things to accommodate guests. We love the charm of these older beach homes! Don’t ever change!!!
