I normally don't post reviews but I just felt the need to share this particular one.
Our very first day of our vacation we checked in and as soon as I walked into the bathroom I noticed it had not been properly cleaned. There was hair and sand still at the bottom of the tub and on the shower wall it self, I put in a request for cleaning and was told that no one would be in to clean until the morning.
The service guy was nice on the phone, said he tried to find another room to move us to but the hotel was âtoo fullâ. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself. The next morning they didn't make up our room until 12pm. At that point I just gave up and decided to clean my own room which I shouldn't have but I rather have a clean room than not at all. I want and purchased some items to do so. I will not be staying here again because I just feel like everything there was so outdated and if you didn't stay in the balcony suites you don't get the same amount of cleanliness and service.
I stayed for 3days - 4 nights. Room was only âmade
upâ once my whole stay. Little to no amenities. Room was ok nothing special. Carpeted floors which made everything feel less clean.
But other than that beach was only a few steps away, staff was friendly.
