'I was incredibly disappointed in the conditions of the hotel. It is very very ran down. The bug situation is insane. It’s common sense there would be bugs by a lake but wow. Can’t even open your sliding door to the patio or you’ll be swatting mosquitos and whatever else was flying around that they claimed weren’t mosquitos. However, my daughter and I woke up with several bites. Management was great. They understood and allowed us to check out and obtain a refund. '

'Kitchen was not supplied with anything. There was vomit in the elevator and strong odors in the hallway. We would not recommend this hotel.'

'We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Our one complaint is that we requested housekeeping services and got a stack of towels instead. We had to put the dirty towels in the hall and ask for toilet paper.'

'Overall a solid stay for the price. The room and common areas were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good—nothing fancy, but definitely decent. The main issue was housekeeping: after a couple of days our trash was full and we needed fresh towels. We asked multiple times and were told it wasn’t available until later / short-staffed, and it wasn’t handled until near the end of our stay. If housekeeping responsiveness improves, this would be an easy repeat.'

'Tegenover Starbucks, dat compenseert het matige ontbijt dat het hotel zelf biedt. Als je er niets te zoeken hebt zakelijk of privé zou ik er zeker niet naar toe gaan. Vista heeft weinig te bieden en het hotel is netjes, kamer goed uitgerust maar heeft smaak noch kraak. '

'They did not have complimentary breakfast. False advertisement. I wish the hotel would of told us ahead of time. That's the main reason i booked this place. I have a family of 4 and we stayed 3 nights. So anytime i can save some money on food i take advantage. But not here. So i wouldn't book. '

'The room with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and separate sitting area was perfect for our family. The location worked easily to access the activities with our rental car. The staff was always friendly and helpful. '
