Villa's in Twentynine Palms

'Poorly ran and a dangerous place to stay! For a VRBO, there were no extra linens, and only 6 towels for 2 of us for 12 days, 2 rolls of TP, cat crap in the gravel garden space, cabinet doors that opened into the way of ceiling fan blades, fridge door that opens the wrong way, landscape crew that starts work at 7:30am & wakes U up during vacation and leaves the cuttings and debris in front the door and walkway for an hour and a half or more (we finally left before it got cleaned up) The coffee...

'Room was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped, spa was great, appreciated early check-in.'

'Staff and amenities could be improved. Upon arrival on a Saturday night it was raining and there was no staff member to help me find the room nor to help with my luggage. When I called the number to reach a front desk person they never called me back nor texted as I also couldn’t find the ice machine. Amenities were lacking, no shower caps.'

'The unit was as described. Nice view of the 16th hole of the golf course. Played the super nice course. Short walk to a more adult friendly pool. The big pool complex with lots of kid areas is about a ten minute walk. Would stay here again. '

'When doing a VRBO at a timeshare property is challenging. There is an extra step (which I don't know what it is) that needs to happen in order for them to find your name. The employees at the property are outstanding. The unit needs a little updating but was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.'

'Checkin process was difficult because host cancelled reservation and rebooked and there was confusion at the front desk. It was clean and usable for one night. But I would not go back '
