'We had a great stay. The property is secluded and private. The pool was nice refuge from the summer heat. Todd and Leslie were lovely hosts. They even fixed the pool umbrella for us so we could have shade while swimmimg. I would definitely book again!'

'The property is spacious, clean, and unique. Property manager is responsive. It is about 5-10 mins from the North entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Most of the activities we wanted to do were through the West entrance which is about 25-30 minutes away. Either way, we had a great time and we enjoyed staying in this property. Dog friendly too, so we were able to bring our animal friends. Just make sure to clean up after them!'

'Clean and comfortable. Very interesting Asian decor. Be aware, though, that the bathroom has an open shower and cement/pebbly floor. You might want to bring non-slippery water shoes to wear when showering. '

'Wonderful location, hot tub, views and more. WiFi was weak, no booster to get the main house connection. Its all about the gorgeous views and property and we’d return.'

'This homestead sits up on a little rise, giving a beautiful view of the sunset. So quiet with a lot of thoughtful amenities. Close to JTNP entrance and only about 8 minutes from downtown 29 Palms. Great experience.'

'The property was so peaceful and quiet it really felt like you were in the middle of nowhere while being 10 minutes from town and the national park. From grilling to lounging in the hamock star gazing everything was great. The mattress was also very comfortable to sleep on as someone with back problems. '

'We couldn't stop thinking about our first visit here, and so made another trip just over a year later. We enjoyed the cabin as much if not more this time around, and hope to return yet again in the future. It's such a uniquely beautiful space that really makes the most of the incredible location. Service from the host is outstanding and makes a relaxing retreat as easy as can be. Highly recommended!'

'The only thing I would do different, would be to stay longer. The house was fantastic. It was fun, crazy, retro! The wife and daughter loved it! If you're looking for a 5 star hotel/room, this is not it. But, if you want to enjoy a stay like no other, this is a place to experience. The house is about 3/4 mile off the Hwy, down a rough dirt road....... so be prepared for that. Once you arrive at the house, you agree the short little trip on the dirt road is worth it! '

'Everything you need for a great time in joshua tree. Host is very sresponsive and kind. Clean. Caffeine and mustard if you forget to pick it up on the way in. Comfy beds. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Joshua tree entrance. And fat boys albums on vinyl if you want to school your teens on the good ole days :). '

'Absolutely loved our stay here! It was quiet and relaxing but was only 10-15 minutes away from town. The host was very communicative and the house had everything we needed and more! '

'Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property and home are exactly as advertised. You are half a mile away from Joshua Tree national park. We had an issue getting the bbq started and our host sent up their handy man asap who fixed it promptly. Communication was great. Beautiful romantic getaway. Would definitely stay again. '
