Living room opens onto large porch overlooking the lake. Kitchen recently renovated featuring open concept with large island, quartz countertops, and plenty of seating for family and friends!
With a 16x24 foot private dock, there is plenty of room for everyone to sit, swim, or sunbathe right on the lake! The water off the front of the dock is about 8-10 feet deep so it is perfect for swimming! The house is stocked with 6 adult and 6 children/youth life jackets and pool noodles ready to make your time on the water safe and fun. If you want to venture further out on the water, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available for your use as well.
After a fun day on the lake, you'll love relaxing in the gazebo, grilling out, and watching the boats pass. As the sun begins to set, light a fire in the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the beautiful colors on the water as the sun fades behind the trees.
