'The resort is quite big and busy. Ideal for families with (small) children, but not for those seeking tranquillity and luxury. The facilities are quite nice, however most watersports activities and the gazebo beach houses are only available at an extra charge. The all-inclusive does not include a la carte restaurants, so if you do not wish to spend extra money you'll have to eat at the buffet restaurant. Beware there is a big difference in 5* quality throughout Turkey and most reviews of this...

'Rapid talking receptionist, clearly reading out loud a mandatory text, without any true communication with customers. The hotel is old, and price much higher than quality. Pool is ok. Restaurants too busy and very bad service. Table is being cleaned up while still dining. Very rude. Junk drinks are free, however even fruit juice is chargerd extra in this "all inclusive" hotel. Almost exclusively Russian tourists, so everything is indexed in order to please these guests. Would not...
