The apartment positioned high up and at an angle, thanks to its large windows, always gives a splendid light and a beautiful 270° view of the magnificent Piazza Statuto and the center of Turin.

Consisting of a single and large level, each room is studied in detail with fine finishes, wooden parquet. The beautiful canvases on display (by Micron Art) characterize each room with a different theme. The double glazed windows guarantee total privacy and absolute silence.

The entrance door will immediately take you into the living room, the main room of the house always full of light.
Here you will find the relaxation area with artistic details, a comfortable leather sofa (which becomes a double bed, very comfortable if you are traveling in a group) a 50'' 4k Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube etc.. and a table football to enjoy pleasant evenings.

From the suggestive arch you then have access to a large dining room with a glass table and leather chairs and a fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and obviously a complete with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
An ideal space for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A hallway takes you to the 2 elegant suites (double bedrooms) and to one of the 2 bathrooms in the house (the other belongs to a suite).
Each Suite is independent from the living room, essential to ensure total privacy from the rest of the family or friends.
In the Suites you will find a double bed with pillows and memory foam mattress (top of the range), sheets, blankets and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults: in addition to the 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed, there are 2 other comfortable single beds available. For newborns there is a dedicated cot.

There are two bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub and a laundry area with washing machine and ceiling-mounted clothesline, while the other (the one pertaining to a suite) has a shower. In both you will find all the towels of various sizes, a hair dryer and a radiator with a towel warmer function, as well as a courtesy kit with shampoo and shower gel.

Access is very easy: the apartment is on the 4th floor (with lift), after entering a large wooden door, in the hall you will find a glass door with access to the stairs and lift. The condominium has a concierge service in the morning.

When you check in online with Vikey you will receive an email from Vikey which will give you all the information to enter the apartment with electronic access from your smartphone. You will do everything from your smartphone using that email. You will see it will be very simple and really very comfortable!
In fact, on the email you will find a link that you will have to press every time you need to open.
The link will show you 2 buttons: PALACE DOOR (to be used for the large wooden door and for the glass door entrance) and APARTMENT DOOR.

Ample parking is available in the square and surrounding streets.

The neighborhood where the apartment is located is the heart of Turin, a few minutes walk from any place of interest in the city: Via Roma, Piazza Castello, the Egyptian Museum, the Cathedral, the Mole Antonelliana, Piazza Vittorio, Piazza Solferino, the Theater Regio, Teatro Carignano, Palazzo Madama, Via Po, Porta Susa, Porta Nuova… in short, all reachable with small and pleasant walks. Under the house and within walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, laundries, theaters and cinemas, ATMs and shops of all kinds.

The apartment, located in Piazza Statuto, allows you to have quick and easy access to all means of transport offered by the city.
Near the house the availability of tram / metro / taxi (for example to go to more distant places such as the Juventus Allianz Stadium, the Airport or the Lingotto Expo Center) and 2 steps away from the Porta Susa railway station.

It is a pleasure to host you in our house which from now on becomes yours. For this reason we ask you to take care of it as if it were your own home.

They are very few and we kindly ask you to respect them:
- Smoking is forbidden;
- It is forbidden to bring animals;
- Use the rubbish bins as indicated above the bins;
- Don't leave the lights on if you don't need them and above all please turn them off every time you leave the house;
- Respect the quiet hours from 22.00 to 8.00 in the morning.
