Security Cameras: For your safety, there are exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property. These cameras monitor the outside of the house only.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and follow quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

Central Heat and Air: The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for your comfort. You can easily adjust the temperature to suit your preferences.

Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi details, including the network name and password, will be provided to you upon check-in.

Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars. Please do not block the driveway or park on the street.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use in the garage. Please follow the instructions provided.
