'I liked the hospitality of the staff. The front desk sat us down on check in and went over everything and even gave all of us (5) a glass of lemonade. Breakfast was available each morning for a small fee and they have a sake tasting event every night. The one issue we had was addressed right away, so not worth mentioning. Only down side is it's a moderate walk to Hiroshima or the first street car on the other side of the river. There is a bus stop another street over and two blocks down...

'Wat een mooi en indrukwekkend hotel. Prijs kwaliteit heel goed. Ik heb nog nooit zo een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet gezien. Ook mooie sauna/zwembad. Enigste nadeel hier is dat je een badmuts moet dragen in het zwembad en hiervoor nog huur voor moet betalen. Dit zou gewoon verrekend moeten zijn in de prijs zoals het gebruik van handdoeken.'
