2 weeks in Tucson

This property fit exactly what we needed to have 2 offices and an easy location.The house had newer comfortable beds and towels.It had everything you need and nothing more than just the basics. The back yard left a lot to be desired and hadn’t been cleaned up in some time. I had to clean up old dog poop in the yard.The washer barely works, the dial won’t select the wash type but once I could finally get it to select one it worked. This was difficult since we were there for 2 weeks. The host contact is clearly automated but was always sent timely and was monitored when we sent a message. I am sure they would have answered if something came up. The location was centralized in the Oro Valley and convenient to get around. Overall the place was nice but is clearly a rental that is getting tired in lots of little ways.

Wonderful location and property!

We just completed a month-long stay at this property. It is a spacious, clean home in a quiet, safe neighbor--close to walking/biking trails and short drive to retail and restaurants. Communication was excellent and property was well-stocked--kitchen had plenty of dishes, cooking pots/pans, etc. Appreciated the provision of plenty of dishwashing pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, foil/plastic wrap, and towels. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed was comfortable and accommodations spacious. It was nice to have desks to use, and if you are familiar with streaming for TV, the large screen/projector was fun for media entertainment. Backyard was nice for our service dog and a pleasant place to relax on warmer days. We appreciated having access to the garage for our vehicle and regular trash pickup during our stay. The location is close to Catalina State Park which was one of our very favorite places to walk/hike and enjoy the beautiful mountains. If we are ever in Tucson again, this place will be our first choice for lodging.

Nice Getaway to Oro Valley

We live in Phoenix, so this was a short trip to Tucson for a few days. The house was as advertised and worked well for us. The location is good and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our pups enjoyed the fenced backyard. Will stay there again if we're in the area.

Relaxing stay in Oro Valley

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect l, safe and close to restaurants and shops. The backyard was great for my dogs and for us to relax and get some sun. Karen and Tiffany were wonderful hosts! They communicated well and were very responsive!

Clean Home

The home is bright, clean, and comfortable. It is well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, and utensils. The projector TV was awesome. Unfortunately, the beds were way too firm for our liking. Maybe they are new and need to be worked into, but our backs hurt every morning. Only other suggestion we have is to let neighbors know that their exterior decoration lights on their patio light up the master bedroom significantly. Otherwise, location was ideal. Thank you again.

A Few Surprises, but a Clean, Comfortable Home

This rental is in a quiet neighborhood and the property manager was both communicative and responsive. The home feels a bit oversold on the VRBO listing. For example, the photos show some of the same furniture in multiple rooms, implying the home is more furnished than it really is. In some cases, the size and quality of the furnishings is at the level you'd find typical in staging a home, rather than living in a home. The updated listing makes it more clear that the garage is not available for use. All in all the home is clean, well-labeled, and spacious enough for one family or two couples with small children.

Perfect location!

Several work colleagues and I were in town for a meeting. We all had our own room but were able to work together before and afterward. We spent the evenings over a glass of wine on beautiful nights on the patio. Everything in the house was easy to find and use. Clean, quiet and convenient!

Great stay and great host

There are always pros and cons to these homes but overall this was a great stay. We stay for about a month and it was perfect. The host is so friendly and literally will take care of any of your needs. The house itself is very clean and has a lot of cooking utensils so you aren’t stuck eating out all the time. If you are looking for a place close to golf courses and the mountains this is for you, a little far from downtown which was a con but the house and the property are awesome would recommend to friends and family when they come visit

It was an beautiful house to stay in and it was very clean when first coming into the home.

The neighbor was very friendly and when walking into the house it was very clean and complementary. The owner was very nice and was there for anything including checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Overall an amazing experience and would stay again.

Beautiful modern property at a great price!

I stayed here for a few months with my partner. The property was wonderful - all of the rooms were clean and all of the appliances were well maintained. The landlord was always easily reachable if we had any issues and was very friendly and very helpful in making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible! The use of space in the house is wonderful - almost every room has large windows that give the property a very open and fresh feeling, and I loved the way the space was used to create distinct rooms like the gym, and the theater area next to the kitchen. In total, my stay was wonderful, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere for a brief or a long stay in Tucson! :)
