Enjoy the entire home with 3 bedrooms and a comfortable living space - Water is filtered/purified and has unlimited hot water for showers. Aquaponic garden behind the house. Light breakfast items and snacks included. Less than 2 miles to I-10 with quick access to Tucson.
Not luxury, but comfortable, private, and full of character.

Fast internet, TV in each bedroom. Backyard has a four-stage aquaponic system with veggies/herbs, rice fish, tilapia, and scuds. I'm really targeting the home garden appeal here, please suggest anything you would like to see.

Full access to the house and front yard, except the two other private bedrooms. Feel free to pick a few aquaponic treats from the garden!

Co-Host Jeff is a short distance away in the back caretaker's unit, typically tending the garden and playing video games. He will be able to help you with most things.

The neighborhood is great for people watching, but there are all kinds of strange people walking up and down the road. Focus on the pretty plants during your lovely AirBnB stay. :-D

Very close to bus route 16 and 61 on Oracle road. Parking downtown is a nightmare. It is better to take the #16 southbound bus to the Ronstadt station when going downtown.

Air Conditioners must not be set to both hot and cold. Tucson has very dynamic weather, but all units must be on heat, or cool.

Washer/Dryer is located on the side of the house.

No smoking inside or near the doors or windows outside.
