'The host was extremely attentive and a pleasure to talk to. Hardworking and kind Japanese man. Onsen and shower facilities were perfect. Breakfast was fine. '

'Rooms were clean, towels and japanese robes replaced each day. The onsens were clean, the outdoor one was usually empty, just for me. The gentleman at the reception was accommodating to us and gave us a few rides from the hotel to different locations (station, monkey park). '

'Very clean and great service! The whole place is bean-themed which is very cute. Every part of the welcome snack and breakfasts had some kind of bean. They also have very nice free homemade drinks.
