« Convient parfaitement aux familles, grande chambre. Très propre, nouveaux kimonos chaque jour. Shuttle service every time we needed to go to Yudanaka downtown. Very friendly staff, d’une grande gentillesse. Avoir un onsen à domicile (intérieur et extérieur) était un régal dont nous avons largement profité. Petit parc public avec des jeux pour enfants juste à côté. »

« This was by far my greatest stay so far in japan. Amazing food, amazing building, amazing onsen! But westerners be wary, you will need to sacrifice some of your typical understanding of amenitys, theres no showers in the rooms, and very little english is spoken in this whole town. That being said i cant rate it less than 5 stars! If you come to this hotel, be prepared to eat (amazing) foods you never thought youd try, and immerse youself in the japanese culture. « Great hotel! It's located around 10 minutes from the city center by foot, so you can do everything walking. A great plus is the personnel - everyone was really helpful and nice, ready to help whenever needed. Last but not least, the bedrooms were amazing!!! The beds are very confortable and big, the room is spacious and everything was very clean. And we can’t not mention the private onsens inside the hotel. They are available for the guests, and they are great. We Reallyv recommend this hotel! »

« 建物はちょっと年数が経っているせいか、昭和の雰囲気を感じました。部屋の中や廊下などなど清潔感、部屋の中の設備・備品などは完璧です♪ 天然温泉♨️なので泉質は最高です♪ 源泉が違うのか、硫黄の香りは少な目です♪ また、温泉の質からカベなどには影響を感じられます♪ 浴室にあるトイレがしゃがみ式であったのにはびっくりしました‼️ スタッフ方々は皆さん笑顔が素敵でいろいろなお願いにも親切に対応して頂き、嬉しかったです♪♪ また、行きたく👍なります❗️ 　　草津良いところ一度はおいで〜 このホテルは建物は古いですが、食事は最高😃 料金もリーズナブルなので、皆さんにお勧め❗️ 間違い無し‼️ »

« The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included but dinner we ate out as the hotel is large and they can't accommodate everybody. This was not a problem as there were so many restaurants in town. You do need to time the shuttle bus well though. Overall, a brilliant place to visit and really worth the money. »
