Welcome to our little corner of Truro.
If you’re looking for a quiet place to recharge while staying close to everything the Outer Cape has to offer, we think you’ll feel right at home here. Our private garden-level guest suite has its own entrance, plenty of parking, and a peaceful setting just minutes from Corn Hill Beach, the Cape Cod National Seashore, Wellfleet, and Provincetown.
One of the things we love most about this location is that you can spend the day surrounded by people, restaurants, and galleries in Provincetown, then come home to peace and quiet at the end of the day. It’s the best of both worlds.
The suite is comfortable, bright, and thoughtfully equipped for weekend getaways or longer stays. There’s a queen bedroom, a living room with a queen bed in its own nook , a full kitchenette, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and everything you’ll need to settle in and relax.
Outside, you’ll have your own private patio with a grill and outdoor dining area. It’s a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee before heading to the beach or to wind down after a day exploring the Cape.
Dogs are welcome, too. If you’re like us, vacations are better when the whole family gets to come along. This garden-level getaway can sleep up to 4 people with 2 private parking spaces, a private entrance, a private washer/dryer, close to Corn Hill Beach, and only 12 min to Provincetown. Dog-friendly (up to 35lbs), large sun-filled kitchenette with a focus on outdoor grilling.
We live year-round upstairs but privacy is welcomed. We’ve spent years exploring every corner of the Outer Cape and have put together a guide with our favorite beaches, restaurants, scenic walks, and hidden gems. If you’re looking for recommendations beyond the usual tourist stops, just ask. We’re always happy to point guests toward the places that make us love living here.
Every Season Has Something to Offer
Summer brings beautiful beaches, kayaking, biking, whale watching, and long evenings by the water.
Autumn offers colorful landscapes, crisp air, fewer crowds, and some of the best hiking on Cape Cod.
Winter transforms Truro into a peaceful coastal retreat, perfect for quiet beach walks, cozy dinners, and weekend escapes and writers retreats.
Spring welcomes blooming landscapes, migrating birds, whale watching, and the first warm days of the season.
No matter when you visit, the Outer Cape offers a different kind of beauty.
Large kitchenette, focusing on outdoor grilling, with a 10.5 cubic ft fridge/freezer and a private washer/dryer in the unit. This unit sleeps 4 with one bedroom and a separate nook that converts to an additional sleeping area with a queen daybed. We are close (0.8 miles) to Corn Hill Beach. Some amenities include beach gear (chairs, umbrellas), a K-cup and drip pot coffee maker, a toaster oven, streaming Roku TV, high-speed internet, an electric kettle, a bar set up, towels and linens, a water cooler with ice dispenser, and more!
We have two chihuahuas, Buttermilk (2 yrs) but we call him Buddy and our newest edition Harvest (1yr) nicknames Harvey. You may occasionally hear them playing upstairs, so it's not a ghost. haha. You may see us occasionally but we prefer to keep to ourselves and let you enjoy your visit. Feel free to say hello or message us if you need anything.

We look forward to hosting you.
PLEASE no parties or large gatherings. We live in a very quiet neighborhood. We ask that music and any louder than usual activities not begin until 10 am and end by 10 pm. Quiet hours on the property are 10 am - 10 pm.
Finally, our property is 420-friendly. As recreational marijuana is not hard to find between Provincetown and Wellfleet, we know that some visitors may want to partake and we want you to feel comfortable in our home if you choose to use recreational weed in any form. We do ask that you smoke outside. Please don't smoke indoors and no cigarette smoking at all on the property. If you would like recommendations for our favorite dispensaries please reach out!
