The master bedroom is separate from the main living area and is located at one end of the house. It has a king bed, large flat screen TV, and private bath. The second bedroom is located off of the dining area with 1 queen bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom as well. The third bedroom has two twin/single beds and is located off of the kitchen area with its own access to the back deck area or to the front patio area. Off of this bedroom is another living/den type room at the other end of the house with one sleep sofa and one normal sofa, flat screen TV, dining room table, wood stove, vaulted ceilings, screen doors and screen panels which brings the outside in during the beautiful summer months!

The kitchen was completely renovated for the 2019 season with all new cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, dishwasher and more, for your cooking pleasure! Many other kitchen amenities you may need are provided as well.

The back deck area has a fire pit, picnic table, patio dining table and chairs, umbrella, and grill, perfectly suited for lunches or BBQ dinners overlooking the lush greenery of the backyard. The front patio area has outdoor seating surrounded by lovely plantings and wonderful sunlight at different times throughout the day.

There is a large private outdoor shower which offers the option of having two panels swing open for those who want to enjoy the beauty of nature while in the process of showering!

Located in a walk-out basement area is a washer and dryer for your convenience, with plenty of room for bicycles, beach gear, etc. 4 beach chairs are provided as well as a beach umbrella and bocce balls. If you get bored while doing laundry there is a foosball table in the laundry room too!

Renters of this home are entitled to reduced rates at a Swim Club and Health Complex facility located less than 5 miles away which features a Large Heated Indoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Slide, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room, Tennis, Basketball, Large Sun Deck, Outdoor Fire Pit, Frozen Drinks and more!
