« This is such a a sweet place! The outside is modest in appearance, but the covered patio and the fire pit were lovely and restful, and the inside was so pretty. Clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous bathrooms, and plenty of space. And ANIMALS! Oh, my goodness, if you have ever dreamed of feeding Highland cows...book this rental! « We had a wonderful family vacation! The house is large enough for a family yet still has a cozy layout to give everyone individual space. The kitchen is will equipped for cooking and a nice grill outside. A large deck with a huge dock for swimming and boating. Easy to communicate with the owners whom are nice and accommodating. A beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake and I will definitely rent again! »

« Overall a great place to stay. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room in the cabin. The kids loved all of the campground amenities. We were only 15 minutes from the zoo. The only issue I run into was check-in. I feel like that process needs to be better explained in the welcome message. Great stay, would stay there again. »

« Me and my family enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron Bungalow, the location and the amenities of the home were perfect. Communication with the owner was prompt and the checkin process was simple. We really enjoyed hanging out on the dock and floating in the lake near the dock. We will definitely be back. »

« Amazing lake house right on the water in a quiet, peaceful cove. House is exactly as advertised with lots of great amenities and was super clean. Had a great time letting our dog swim, fishing from the dock and paddle boarding. We brought our boat and were able to keep it at the dock for the week. Hosts were super nice and very quick to respond and fix a small issue we had right away. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to others!!!! By far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! »

« Very nice apartment that is exactly like the pictures. We used the pool, putt putt, axe throwing and walked a trail. Also bought the bucket of rocks for gem mining. 7 and 8 year old boys loved it. Waterslide was broken. Campground was extremely clean amd everyone was friendly. If you're looking for a fun place to stay near the zoo, this is it! »
