'The staff at the hotel were very cheerful, friendly and approachable. They did their very best to please us and keep us happy, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, a good variety of food displayed. Every day the menu was different and the food very tasty. It was nice to have a gym on the premises which was also well maintained.

The breakfast service took too long, which made it inconvenient. Also, although the property advertises free breakfast, the overall service could be improved. 'Great Privacy. Decent suite. Friendly host. Look forward to October or November'

'There's no water for part of the day, so take a shower early, and you have to pay in cash whatever they tell you to pay at the property.'

'Good vibe, relaxing'

'Quiet place and helpful staff'

'This hotel definitely gets my recommendation because of multiple reasons: - Great location, in the new kingston business district. Close to everything. - New hotel with clean rooms and all appliences needed. - Staff is very helpful!! Special thanks to Fanimo for making our stay so delightful, he helped us with our questions and gave some great recommendations :)! If i return to Kingston, this is the place i will stay at again! 5/5'
