But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. '

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient. Entry into the building and the room was great, with a custom code that worked on both doors. Finally, very responsive concierge (we interacted through text). The not-so-good: Our room was on the 1st floor, so...

'Room was large, needs more towel hangers, but beautiful location! The pool was not useable due to a pool party before hand, I found it to be lacking in cleaning. (Waste, towel, dirt) but would stay here again. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. '

'I was assigned a handcap room and the shower head would not lock in the high position so had to use the wand to shower. Hard after a ling day of travel. The outlet for the coffee maker and the phone did not work. The remote control menu button did not work. The gym was nice and onsite amenities were also very good. The front desk and room cleaning staff was very polite and courteous.'
