« This is a great house and could easily 5 stars... if it were cleaned and outfitted. The house was dirty... the floors hadn't been vacuumed and we found dried up food and other debris under the bar stools. The refrigerator had spilled food on the shelves and we had to clean those ourselves. All the surfaces inside and outside were obviously dirty, floors hadn't been washed, windows were smudged. While there is a pool that looked OK, the hot tub had a few inches of disgusting moldy green water...

« We stopped at the Cozy for one night to break up a long drive. It was very clean, quiet, spacious and pleasant. It was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We liked it so much that we tried to book it for our return trip but, sadly, it was already booked. We'll definitely check it for availability if we pass this way again! »
