'The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Good location for activities in the Chattanooga area And the hosts are very responsive and had great communication with us. We would definitely stay there again. '

'This cozy tiny home cabin was perfect for my week long visit. The space worked for my needs. I was able to work remotely without issue during the day, rest in the living space in the evening after taking in the area with walks on the quiet roads with a beautiful sunset view. The comfortable bed made sure I was well rested and energized for the next day.'

'We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. 'We had a horrible experience flying into the area, but as soon as we pulled up to house that all melted away. We enjoyed the scenery and spent a bit of time on the deck outside. We would come back in a heartbeat!'

'As locals it was a nice little get away from the normal humdrum. It was beautiful and a fun place and the “hot tub” is literally just that a tub for two with jets in it. It served the purpose. Only complaint I at all is that the A/C should be turned on before a guest enters the property if at all possible. Also the positioning of the AC unit above the bed wasn’t the greatest, I had to rig up something with a magazine and the wooden coasters to make it where the AC blew down on us at night. ...

'The house was very nice and very clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is very remote and it is quite a drive to get to anywhere that has a store, but there is a Dollar General that isn’t that far away. We would highly recommend staying at this place. '
