- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with Italian shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and 2 sunbathing areas for maximum sunshine.
