Welcome to “The Marina,” a beautifully updated 3-bedroom townhome in the heart of Traverse City. Featuring a sleek kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, and private garage parking, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience — close to local wineries, restaurants, and boutique shops.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This Traverse City home boasts three upstairs bedrooms to come home to after exploring the area. The master bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed and a large private ensuite bathroom. If you are traveling with a young one, you’ll find a Pack-n-Play crib and a highchair in the closet. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, while the third is outfitted with two twin beds.
Three bedrooms, a Pack and Play crib, and one queen pull-out sofa mean this home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and an infant, a rare commodity in the middle of Traverse City!
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All three bedrooms are located on the third floor:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities, plus Pack ‘n Play and high chair for families. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, nightstand, and cozy décor. - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends.
A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the home to host up to 8 guests plus an infant comfortably — a rare find in central Traverse City!
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home offers two full bathrooms on the third floor and a half bath on the second floor. The primary ensuite features a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower, while the second full bath offers a shower/tub combo. The half bath off the kitchen adds convenience for group stays.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆ The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area create the perfect space for gathering. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a blender, and a dedicated coffee & tea station. Families will appreciate the children’s dinnerware and high chair provided.
Enjoy meals at the island (seating for 2) or the dining table for larger groups. After dinner, relax in the inviting living room featuring a gas fireplace, Smart TV with streaming apps (log in with your account), board games, and children’s books. Step out to the balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying the fresh Traverse City air.
☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ Garage: Best for medium-size vehicles or smaller. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following nearby parking options below!
1- Lot west of the building (behind the dumpster) 2- Street parking on Walnut (summer months only) 3- Grocery store lot one block away
Second assigned spot: Directly behind the condo in the parking lot (marked “958”).

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.
ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.
Pets: We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $125 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.
•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.
•You are responsible at all times for your animal`s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
