The Space:

Welcome to your Up North retreat—this spacious, single-level lakefront home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and comfort. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to relax and reconnect.



The home features two king bedrooms, including a serene primary suite and en suite bath. Two cozy full rooms and a fun bunk room with four twin beds making it easy to accommodate guests of all ages. One of the bathrooms even features a classic claw foot tub - perfect for a long, relaxing soak after a day on the lake.



The heart of the home is the large living room, complete with an over sized, comfortable sofa smart TV, and a rustic grand piano. Wood paneling throughout the entire home adds warmth and character, while the full kitchen, new washer and dryer, and large dining table offer all the essentials for a comfortable stay.



Step outside to a covered porch that overlooks a beautifully wooded backyard, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. A gas grill and outdoor dining area invite summer cookouts, and a canoe and rowboat are provided for guests eager to explore Long Lake.



A wooded dock winds through scenic water forested section to Beach - great for kids to explore and catch frogs! At the water’s edge, you'll find a private dock, mooring, and a lakeside fire pit with seating - ideal for stargazing and storytelling by the fire.

Getting Around:

Wintertime Guests: Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.



Other Things to Note:

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $129 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $2,000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. DOCK - You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues. Boat lift is unavailable for guest use - please use the provided mooring ball for your water crafts. *Please note there is a long wooden dock in the backyard that leads you through the front yard down to the waterfront.*

A door code will be sent with check-in instructions prior to arrival!
