Cottage privé sur un terrain boisé de 1,5 acres avec dortoir / cabine de stockage également sur la propriété. 500 'de façade privée sur le lac Spider pour votre plaisir. Cet endroit est un endroit spectaculaire sur le grand lac, la baie et les bois. Vous aurez une vue sur le lever et le coucher du soleil, car notre chalet se trouve sur une belle propriété avec de l'eau sur 3 cÎtés. Le quai privé est pour votre plaisir de nager ou de faire du bateau. Chaloupe, pédalo, canoë et 2 kayaks sont inclus pour votre plaisir. Bateau ponton disponible à la location moyennant un supplément. Cadre privé et paisible pour se détendre et profiter. Une chambre avec lit queen, et il y a aussi deux canapés-lits dans le chalet.

Had a great stay here! The dock and the outdoor spoke for themselves, and you truly feel kind of in your own world. The lake was calm and quiet, and even with boat traffic, you hardly could tell. The home itself was cute, quaint, and well stocked with everything you might need. Check in was smooth and easy. Access to Traverse City was easy and the locals were very friendly. Would recommend for a couple people just getting away.

We booked due to the location and the beautiful lake but quickly feel in love with cabin as well. Every where you look is a wonderful view! Highly recommend. Fabulous hosts. We will book to come back in the summer.

10th anniversary get away. We had an amazing time! I was looking for a place to have that north Michigan outdoor living while being close to the city. This was the perfect place! The house was super cute with some really nice touches. We especially loved having water all around. The host was very welcoming and was easy to communicate with.

Had the best time here! This property is a perfect summer get away. Very clean and host was super nice, accommodating and responsive. Quiet property surrounded by water. you have your own little beach and use of kayaks etc. there's a great fire pit area too for smores nights. I did not want to leave! Highly recommend

This was a great location for enjoying both time relaxing at the cabin and exploring the area. The non-motorized cove on one side of the property and the late start time for boating activity on the rest of the lake offered ample time for paddling. We would definitely return!

Nice house and great area! Loved our stay here, beautiful lake, close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely try Peegeo’s restaurant just up the road you won’t regret it!! Owners were fast with communication and helpful when needed. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but so many amenities are close by if needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts were so helpful and the cottage was clean and well kept. It was so quiet and peaceful, especially being on the no wake cove. We came with our 2 teenagers and they had a blast with the paddle boat, paddle boards and kayaks. We spent a lot of time reading down by the dock and relaxing in the hammock. Highly recommend!

The property is on a unique and beautiful peninsula. Wooded, yet with lovely views of the sunrises and sunsets over the water. The owners are across the street and wonderful to deal with. There were paddleboards, kayaks and a paddleboat available for our use on the cove side with a large dock, including stairs into the water. We also enjoyed creating fires in the firepit and the proximity to Traverse City.

It was a perfect place for relaxation and a perfect home base for getting out and exploring all that northern Michigan has to offer. We woke up to the most beautiful sunrises and always made sure we were back in time to watch the sunset. Audrey and Jim have provided everything that you could need for a perfect trip. Enjoyed our week stay at this lovely private cabin on Spider Lake. Had fun trying out the kayaks, paddle boat, and hammock! Used as our base while we explored some of the beautiful Traverse City area. The cabin was well equipped, having everything we could ask for.

This lake front cottage is sublime. My second stay here was as exceptional as the first and I can't wait to return next summer! Every morning we woke to a beautiful sunrise on the deck and watched it slowly set over the shimmering lake, gently rocking in the hammock on the cottage's private sandy beach. Jim and Audrey have provided everything you could possibly need to make your stay super comfortable and feel like you could just pack your tooth brush and have an amazing stay in magical northern Michigan; they are exceptional hosts! This property is a true gem amongst all the beauty of up north Michigan. Being on the peninsula, surrounded by lake and woods, you feel like you’re in a magical forest in a fairy tale. Watching the birds over the lake and listening to ethereal silence in-between the rustle of the leaves leaves anyone in a state of zen and relaxation. The owners are so thoughtful, kind, inviting, and accommodating. We felt like we were welcomed by family to a guest house. This was actually our second time renting this property and it won’t be our last. You will not be disappointed in the easiest decision you make: click rent now. Your spirit will thank you.

This property is absolutely breathtaking. When we first pulled up and got out of our car, my husband and I just stood there in awe at how beautiful the scenery was. The cottage is on a peninsula surrounded by water on 3 sides with stunningly gorgeous pines and trees all around and was nice and private. A vacation rental come true for two introverts like us! lol This is the best VRBO we have rented and the picutres of the views surrounding the cotttage do not do it justice. This was a pefrect getaway for our anniversay. We watched the sunrise in the am from the front deck and listened to the loons and all the sounds of nature. All that was missing was Henry Fonda, Jane Fonda, and Katharine Hepburn! :) We went kayaking and paddle boating every day. The fact that this cottage came with a selection of boats to use was a huge selling poing for us. There was barely a sole on the lake all 4 days (which is our favorite time to travel for that very reason) and we had the entire lake and cove to ourselves it felt like. I'm sure this lake is extrembely busy in the Summer but we lucked out as far as what we enjoy when we travel. It rained one day and we sat under the roof at the adorable storage cottage and watched and listened to the rain and smelled the incredible smells of the pines. The lake looked almost turquise and it was so peaceful and relaxing. We hope to definitely come back again next year! Thank you Audrey and Jim for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

The location of this property is awesome! You can go downtown Traverse or Sutton’s Bay or Leland in a quick short drive. If you like to ride bikes, it is close to the Tart Trail. If you like to hike, there are nearby parks. The property is clean and having accesss to use the kayaks and fishing boat is so nice. Quiet area and you are secluded and it’s the best place to just enjoy the sunrise and sunset right off the porch! The owners are very responsive if you need anything!
