'We had a good time here. Hotel is modern, new, comfortable and well situated. Very clean.Treinstation and Tramstation are both in walking distance of the hotel, about ten minutes. We chose to walk instead of taking the Tram, to see the sights and shopping area and this took about a half hour. The Tram will take you there faster. Food at the hotel's restaurant Babette was good and reasonably priced. '

'Onze eerste nacht hadden we een (te)kleine kamer wat de volgende dag meteen opgelost werd door Erwan met een prachtige ruime hoekkamer. Het personeel maakt dit hotel!! Of het nu Amande, Olivier, Jules, Yann, Yonnick, weet niet alle namen maar ze waren allemaal even geweldig!! De kamermeisjes behoeven misschien wat extra instructie om spullen aan te vullen en natte handdoeken uit te hangen op een droogrek. Dit hotel is absolute aanbevelenswaardig!! Top ligging. 'Overall the stay at this hotel was excellent from check in, to breakfast, through dinner and cocktail options as well as the amenities, everything was well thought through. My only comments are that we did not receive our VIP perks, water was €12 & with the temperatures this is excessive even for a 5* hotel. Finally the aircon was great but every evening it was turned off so in the evening it was difficult to sleep. '
