Overall very functional and clean house. Pros: Very quiet neighborhood from land and water, well equipped, clean, the family room is the gem of the house. Warm water was always available for all 4 of us; kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to water, the dock was a nice place to hang out in the evening. Cons: the front door needs some adjustment to close - we had do magic every day to lock it; no drawers or closets for clothes at all. We rented the house for a week and had to keep all our clothes in suitcases all the time; no washer/dryer is a bummer if you come for a week or longer (especially with no closet space). This is an expanded trailer house and you should not expect much more than that. All the walls are thin and you can hear every sound in every room, the hallway is narrow and rooms felt small. Some walls/ceilings would not object a refresh coat of paint. Would I recommend the house? I think yes. My teenage boys loved the house, and I felt like it was a downgrade from my house and from my expectations. Probably my fault for not looking close enough to see it on pictures. The owners were responsive and kind. The property was clean and as described.
