Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace area is also 80cm wide. The terrace area is flat, with a ramp/slope leading down to the pool area. This can be seen in the images. The pool itself has both ladder and step access. This is a ground-floor villa, where the door into the kitchen/lounge is 120cm wide.
