Furthermore, thanks to the two large windows the environment is filled with natural light throughout the day and it is possible to see the beauty of the suggestive Lake Garda and the surrounding landscape.

The living area consists of a spacious living room, equipped with two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, ideal for hosting guests. The bathroom, with window, is equipped with a shower. In addition, a charming loft accommodates a double bed, creating an intimate and romantic corner.

The loft can accommodate 4 people and is equipped with TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and washing machine to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, while the outdoor terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, a table, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower offering the opportunity to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate and the splendid surrounding views.

No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided and must be purchased by guests (soap, shampoo, etc.).

Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
