The Pinyon House With Excellent Views

The Pinyon House is your home base while you explore the expansive red rocks and exhilarating surroundings of Capitol Reef country. The home is conveniently located in between Torrey Town and Capitol Reef National Park along the historic Highway 12, situated atop a desert bluff with stunning, 360-degree views out of every window. The property is full of natural vegetation including pinyon pine trees, juniper trees, yucca, and a variety of cactus.

The cabin is perfect for the vacationing family, the creative artist, and the exploring adventurer. The home includes a full kitchen, 3 king-size beds, WiFi, a fireplace, 3 decks, washer/dryer, and fantastic views so you can take in all of the natural beauty while you unplug and recharge.

Obsessed with the views at Pinyon House!This A-frame near Capitol Reef National Park is a total dream. Every window frames a stunning view. Amazing house so many awesome things to make your stay comfortable. Full kitchen with accessories you need for cooking and grilling. The hot tub is amazing. The location is great easy to find. We had a lovely stay at the Pinyon House in Torrey. The house was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. We did a lot of hiking while in the area and it was so nice to return each evening and cook and relax and star gaze. The hot tub is fabulous. The houses on property are far enough apart but when star gazing it is hard when one of the neighbor's has all their lights on. Obviously the owner has no control over this. There are notes in the house clearly stating to turn lights off and it was not an issue on the deck, just when using the hot tub. It was one of the nicest places we have stayed.

The cabin was ideal for us. It has a great kitchen, nice comfortable living area and ideal sleeping areas. The up stairs shower is to die for and the soaking tub in the downstairs bathroom is perfect after a long day of hiking.

We only had the opportunity to stay here 1 night while visiting Capital Reef NP. This home was by far our most favorite during our entire 2 week trip. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures, views are incredible, location is quiet yet close to Torrey. With the decks on the front and back of the home, you will enjoy sunrise and sunset with glorious views in the backdrop. Torrey earned Utah’s First International Dark Sky Community Designation. The evening sky was spectacular. It brought back memories of our childhood!

Every detail of this location was considered. The bedding was comfortable, the decor was stunning, the flatware was weighty! I was also locked out of just room for a bit, and the owners responded immediately to help me get back in. And the location?!?! Divine. We hot-tubbed under meteor showers and rainbows.
