Santa Rosalia Mar Y Sol is an apartment located in the Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort. This resort features the largest artificial lake in Europe, with several beaches and sports facilities such as tennis and padel courts, mini-golf, and a gym.

Our apartment features a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms; it is fully equipped and offers all the comforts you need. We’ve done everything we can to meet your needs and offer only the best, including high-quality furniture, a Smart TV with Chromecast, high-speed internet, a safe for your laptop and other valuables, a luxury lounge set on the terrace, a king-size bed, amenities for the little ones, and more.

The apartment is brand-new and was built in 2024. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building, which in turn is part of a residential complex consisting of 6 buildings. The grounds of the El Mirador complex are secured by a perimeter fence, and a remote control provides access to the private parking lot—one space per apartment.

There is also a lovely swimming pool that is heated year-round. All the amenities are available for a carefree vacation, whether you’re a retiree spending the winter here, looking to escape the daily grind with a wonderful “workation,” or simply taking a family vacation or a short getaway.

Los Alcázares Beach is just a few minutes’ drive away. Sun, sea, beach, and the lake are the key ingredients, combined with a great selection of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, 15 golf courses, and a beautiful setting to stay in.

Just a 50-minute drive from Alicante Airport and only 30 minutes from Murcia and Cartagena, you’ll find yourself in a beautiful part of Spain where mass tourism has yet to take hold.
