'Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Chelsea hotel. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en flesjes water en cupjes nespresso cafe. Weinig geluidsoverlast gehad van de bouw tegenover het hotel. Bedden lagen heerlijk.'

'I pre-paid for the buffet breakfast which was not worth it at all. The only thing I found consumable was their coffee. Had to pay additional money to get eggs, bacon and sausage which the eggs tasted like nothing somehow, the bacon was as hard as a rock and the sausage had a wickedly bad aftertaste. Never bothered to even go the second morning so was a huge waste of money. I like to convenience of an attached restaurant when travelling for convenience, but ended up going elsewhere for dinner...

'We spent four nights at the Cambridge Suites in an Executive Suite on the 21st floor. On the plus side, the location is great and downtown Toronto is very walkable from the hotel. It's good for families because you get more space than a traditional hotel room, plus a small kitchen area. The breakfast was fine, but we only ate in the hotel as we had some free vouchers. Otherwise I'd recommend going out to eat as there are many better options. The downside is that the hotel just feels very...

'Disappointing breakfast. You will need to go to the reception to get the voucher for your breakfast. This, in itself, is not too bad. Unfortunately the food available is just simmer today, and bagels. (Plus some cereal and juice, etc.) If you want eggs and bacon, you will need to pay extra.'
