By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the basement may be occupied and that some level of noise from the lower unit may be heard from time to time.

Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy basement, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested.

Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector and may result in penalties.
