Aparthotels in Toera

'Very disappointing and poor handling of problems We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day... We could not shower. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible....

'Do NOT stay there. There is NEVER anyone at front desk. We never got instructions. Did NOT feel comfortable leaving luggage when we checked out so we had to be with them several Hours in hot and dusty Cairo. No one should operate. Residence without staff. This is a shame.'

'The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped with all the essentials and clean. It's a great and quiet place to stay especially for it's proximity to the airport. Highly recommend it for any traveller, especially with an early morning flight the next day. '
