We booked an oceanfront 2-bedroom villa (Apr 5–13), and the property was in poor condition from the start—dirty, outdated linens, dim lighting, and not as advertised. The hot water lasted only 2–3 minutes, making it impossible to shower properly. Many basic amenities were missing (hair dryer, coffee machine, toiletries, even enough AC remotes). 'Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. There is an in room safe and good size kitchen with basic utensils and full size freezer/fridge. Staff is very friendly and we are by the pool and in the restaurant and both were delicious! The view at sunset was beautiful '
